Your money, taken care of.

Your financial data is yours: we use it to help you understand your money, not to profile you, sell to you, or expose your private life.

Import

Drop a bank statement. AI parses and categorizes every transaction, then shows you a clean preview before anything is saved. Repeat merchants are instant — the pattern is cached.

Analyse

Vitals computes a financial health score from your savings rate, spending conditions, trend direction, and loan burden. Each month gets a check-up, not just a chart.

Control

Set spending limits and see how you track against them month over month. Track loan payoff timelines. See how much income is still unplanned.

Financial health signal

A check-up every month, not just a chart.

Windfall scores your finances 0–100 each month, names the conditions dragging you down, calls out what you're doing well, and gives you a ranked treatment plan — the way a financial advisor reads data, not a dashboard widget.

Limits, month over month

Did you really stay under on groceries?

Set a monthly limit per category. Vitals shows six months in a table — green when under, amber near the edge, red when over. Unallocated income is surfaced too: money that has no plan yet.

Loan freedom timeline

When does each EMI stop?

Windfall forecasts the exact month each loan ends and shows the cumulative savings that free up as each one clears. A 12-month savings forecast follows the last payoff.

Private by default

Your statements are parsed, then deleted.

We extract transactions and discard the file. Account numbers and bank-specific identifiers are stripped before anything is saved. Your money story stays yours.

Reading Vitals

Your health score, explained.

Every month, Windfall computes a 0–100 financial health score from four factors: how much you saved (40% weight), absence of spending conditions (30%), whether your savings rate is trending up or down (20%), and your loan-to-income ratio (10%). The score reflects your actual patterns — not generic benchmarks.

Updates every month
Healthy75 – 100

Savings rate is strong, no critical conditions detected, debt is manageable. You're building real wealth — this is where financial independence starts.

Watch50 – 74

Functional, but margins are thin. One category spike or missed month could tip the balance. Small, deliberate fixes usually push this into Healthy.

At Risk25 – 49

Savings rate is below the healthy floor. One or more conditions are actively dragging the score. The treatment plan identifies the highest-impact fix first.

Free for 15 days. Localized pricing after that. No ads. No data sale.

In The Red0 – 24

Expenses have exceeded or nearly exceeded income. Savings are being drawn down. Immediate attention needed — usually one or two categories are the culprit.

Conditions

Spending patterns hurting your score — rated mild, moderate, or severe. Each one shows the exact numbers and what fixing it would recover per month.

Strengths

What you're doing well: strong savings rate, improving trend, light debt burden, discretionary spending in check.

Treatment plan

The top 3 highest-impact actions, ranked by how much they'd recover per month. Specific, not generic: “Bring Food back to your ₹X average.”

Habits

Three ongoing behaviors calibrated to your health level — different for someone in the red vs someone building on strength.
